Cookie Policy

Information on the use of cookies The website uses cookies to make its services simple and efficient for the user who visits the pages of the site.
Definitions Cookies are short fragments of text (letters and/or numbers) that allow the web server to store information on the client (the browser) to be reused during the same visit to the site (session cookies) or afterwards, even after days (persistent cookies). Cookies are stored, according to the user’s preferences, by the individual browser on the specific device used (computer, tablet, smartphone).
Similar technologies, such as, for example, web beacons, transparent GIFs and all forms of local storage introduced with HTML5, can be used to collect information on user behavior and use of services.
In the remainder of this document we will refer to cookies and all similar technologies using simply the term “cookies”.
Types of cookies Based on the characteristics and use of cookies we can distinguish between different categories:
Strictly necessary cookies. These cookies are essential for the correct functioning of the website and are used to manage login and access to the reserved functions of the site. The duration of cookies is strictly limited to the working session (when you close your browser they are deleted). Their deactivation compromises the use of the services accessible by login. The public part of the website remains normally usable. Analysis and performance cookies. Cookies are cookies used to collect and analyse site traffic and usage anonymously. Although these cookies do not identify the user, they allow, for example, to detect whether the same user logs in again at different times. They also make it possible to monitor the system and improve its performance and usability. The deactivation of such cookies can be performed without any loss of functionality. Profiling cookies. These are permanent cookies used to identify (anonymously or otherwise) your preferences and improve your browsing experience. Third party cookies. When you visit a website, you may receive cookies both from the website you visit (“owners”) and from websites operated by other organisations (“third parties”). A notable example is the presence of “social plugins” for Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn. These are parts of the page you visit that are directly generated by these sites and integrated into the page of the host site. The most common use of social plugins is for sharing content on social networks.

The presence of these plugins involves the transmission of cookies to and from all sites operated by third parties. The management of information collected by “third parties” is governed by the relevant information to which you should refer. For the sake of transparency and convenience, we provide below the web addresses of the different information and how to manage cookies.
Facebook information: Facebook (configuration): log into your account. Privacy section.
Google Analytics The website also includes certain components transmitted by Google Analytics, a web traffic analysis service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Again, these are third-party cookies that are collected and managed anonymously to monitor and improve the performance of the guest website (performance cookies). Google Analytics uses “cookies” to anonymously collect and analyse information about your use of the website (including your IP address). This information is collected by Google Analytics, which processes it for the purpose of compiling reports. This website does not use (and does not allow third parties to use) Google Analytics’ analysis tool to monitor or collect personally identifiable information. Google does not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google or attempt to link an IP address with your identity. Google may also disclose this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. For further information, please refer to the link below: You can selectively disable the action of Google Analytics by installing the opt-out component provided by Google on your browser. To disable Google Analytics action, please refer to the link below:
Duration of cookies Some cookies (session cookies) remain active only until the browser is closed or the logout command is executed. Other cookies “survive” when the browser is closed and are also available on subsequent visits by the user.
These cookies are called persistent and their duration is fixed by the server when they are created. In some cases an expiry date is set, in other cases the duration is unlimited.
PF Advertising does not use persistent cookies.
However, by browsing the pages of www.eclipseristorante.comt you can interact with sites managed by third parties who may create or modify persistent and profiling cookies.
Managing cookies You can decide whether or not to accept cookies using your browser settings.
Warning: the total or partial disabling of technical cookies may compromise the use of the site features reserved for registered users. On the contrary, the usability of public content is also possible by completely disabling cookies.
Disabling “third party” cookies in no way affects navigability.
The setting can be defined specifically for different sites and web applications. Furthermore, the best browsers allow you to define different settings for “proprietary” and “third party” cookies.
For example, in Firefox, through the menu Tools ->Options -> Privacy, you can access a control panel where you can define whether or not to accept the different types of cookies and proceed to their removal.
